Commission on Health and Safety and Workers' Compensation (CHSWC) Annual Reports

CHSWC publishes Annual Reports that review the overall performance of California’s workers’ compensation system. These reports examine policy changes, recent legislation, ongoing research, and key data gathered from agencies such as the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC), Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Division of Labor Statistics and Research (DLSR), Uninsured Employers Benefits Trust Fund (UEBTF), Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB), California Department of Insurance (CDI), along with additional relevant sources.
